1. When will my order ship?
We process orders within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number by email.

3. Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship to selected international countries. Shipping costs and delivery estimates are calculated at checkout.

5. Can I return my tote bag?
Yes, we accept returns within 7 days of delivery, as long as the item is unused, in original condition, and not a custom or sale item. Visit our Returns Policy for details.
6. What if I received the wrong or damaged item?
We’re sorry! Please email us at support@bambosey.com within 7 days of receiving your order with photos. We'll make it right with a replacement or refund.
7. Can I exchange my item?
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, return the original and place a new order.
8. Do you offer gift packaging or custom notes?
We’re sorry! we do not offer this service at this time.
9. How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can also log into your Shopify account (if you created one) to check status.
