Returns & Refunds Policy

We are a small business and want you to love your tote bag! If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, here’s how we can help.


✅ Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery if:

  • The item is unused and in its original condition

  • It is returned in the original packaging

  • You have proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email)


❌ Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Used or washed items

  • Custom or personalized tote bags

  • Sale or clearance items (unless defective)


🔄 How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at support@bambosey.com with:

    • Your order number

    • Reason for return

    • Photos (if item is damaged or defective)

  2. We’ll send return instructions and a return shipping address.

  3. Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll notify you of the refund approval.

📦 Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.


💸 Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive the return.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.


🔁 Exchanges

  • We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

  • If you want a different item, please return the original and place a new order.


📦 Damaged or Wrong Items

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us at support@bambosey.com within 7 days of delivery. We’ll resolve it ASAP, either with a replacement or full refund.
